It blends the technical and administrative requirements that form the basis for the Section III Quality Programs as detailed in ASME Section III, Div. 1, NCA-4134 and NQA-1. In addition, the process on how to obtain various ASME Nuclear Certificates of Authorization and Accreditation is available.
